They're encoded at 3000kbps. It's the medium and low quality videos where things really start to drop off. Firstly, they're 4:3 instead of 16:9 like the bigger widescreen videos. The medium videos are 640 x 480 pixels and are encoded at 1500kbps, and the low quality videos are just 320 x 240 pixels at 750kbps.
